Prepare to fall in love with this amaryllis within 6–8 weeks of planting, the time it takes for its spectacular, 6–7" blooms to begin unfurling. The petals are a vivid white, featuring upper sections that are intricately etched with a deep raspberry-red hue. The lower petals display a delicate blend of pale raspberry tones accented with pink streaks. At the center, a prominent white, star-shaped design draws the eye and is complemented by a chartreuse throat. About four flowers typically open on each of its two to three stems, which can reach 24" tall. Exception, like most amaryllis, is best suited for growing indoors during late fall and into winter. Ships as a 26–28 cm bulb.
