Forming a dense, low mat, this sun loving sedum delivers season long bronze-red foliage and rose-red, star-shaped flowers that draw bees and butterflies. Exceptionally drought tolerant and largely avoided by deer, it excels as a ground cover for dry slopes, rock gardens and between stepping stones. Short stems rise just above the foliage, creating vivid colour that is especially striking when when planted in drifts.
